GCI forms partnership with GfK Kynetec

Deal dramatically improve market research capabilities. New standing superintendent panel will bolster GCI editorial research to give stakeholders intelligent insights into the market.


GfK Kynetec, the world leader in pesticide, fertilizer and turf market and marketing research, has joined forces with Golf Course Industry magazine to create an online research panel of golf course superintendents across the United States.

GfK Kynetec and GCI have the same goal in this endeavor – to manage the most robust research panel of golf course superintendents ever created in order to understand the turf care supply market, thereby providing timely insights for the turf care supply chain and the magazine’s award-winning editorial coverage.

Operating to the strict standards of ESOMAR and CASRO, the market research industries governing bodies, the business is the trusted source of qualitative and quantitative insights in agriculture, horticulture, animal health, amenity and turf care worldwide. GfK recently approved the buy-out of this division to management, with the transaction completing on March 31st.  At that time, this global business, will relaunch as Kynetec.
