The Woodlands, Texas – Dean Choate, the golf tournament sales coordinator at The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center just north of Houston, has qualified for the Texas State Open to be played July 12 through 15 at White Bluff Resort in Whitney.
Choate turned professional in 1995 and has played on several different tours including the Lone Star and Tear Drop Tours, and participated in several different state opens such as the Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Utah.
“I’m very excited to be a part of the 2005 Texas State Open,” says Choate. “I plan to represent The Woodlands Resort well and look forward to bringing home a win.”
