Wiltse Golf Design Group has been commissioned to design a 9-hole Scottish Links course on the privately owned Island of Tilloo, about six miles south of Marsh Harbour, Great Abaco Island, The Bahamas.
The signature hole will be a 712-yard par 5 that tees off on the Atlantic Ocean and ends with a green perched high on the bluffs overlooking the Sea of Abaco, according to architect Ray Wiltse. As with any true links course there will not be one tree on the course.
The course will compliment the amenities of the private destination resort Tip of Tilloo. Play of the course will be limited to guests of the island and those invited by the owner only.
