Wiltse Golf Design Group was retained for the design of a nine hole Eco-friendly golf course located on the beautiful South Pacific coast of Costa Rica by the Bahia Escondida Bayside Village & Marina at the original Chiquita Banana town of Golfito.
The course winds around pure mountain streams with panoramic views of the mountains and lush tropical Rain Forests. All nine holes have been designed to be played from different tees and angles to offer the golfer a different experience each time the course is played. All “run off waters” from the natural low fertilizer use Paspalum grassed golf course will be treated via a system of infiltration swales and sedimentation lakes.
Bahia Escondida will offer the unique experience of the best Bill fishing and playing a round of golf in the same day.
