Wiedenmann, a manufacturer of professional turf care maintenance equipment, presented awards to the best distributors of its worldwide sales network, which spans 48 countries. The North American distributor of Wiedenmann equipment, Wiedenmann North America, received three awards. On hand to receive these awards was Will Wolverton, General Manager for the North American operation.
Wiedenmann North America received awards for Best Developing Importer for 2006, Importer of the Year for 2006, and Importer of the Year for 2007. Pictured in the photo are Juergen Wiedenmann, Ralph Wiedenmann, Margit Liable, and Will Wolverton.

The inauguration of the new company headquarters at Rammingen, the company’s traditional home, provided the setting for the awards ceremony. Wiedenmann recently invested 1.6 million Euros in the new building which is equipped with state-of-the art technology. Wiedenmann is a family run business, established in 1964 and employing 245 staff members. Wiedenmann is projecting growth at 7.5 percent for 2008, due in large part to the increased demand for artificial turf maintenance equipment.
