Wiedenmann North America named Al Hicks as its 2008 Salesman of the Year. Hicks, formerly with Georgia Turf, is now a territory manager for ShowTurf, covering the Coastal Georgia and Hilton Head, S.C., markets.
The 2008 Dealer of the Year is Commercial Turf & Tractor of Chillicothe, Miss. Commercial Turf & Tractor is owned and operated by Bryan Wood.
Wiedenmann’s annual Dealer Appreciation Meeting, where the awards were announced, took place in February at Pat O'Brien's Restaurant in New Orleans.
Will Wolverton, general manager of Wiedenmann North America, was joined by Jurgen Wiedenmann, owner of Wiedenmann North America, while presenting these awards.
