Western Golf Properties has expanded their Mid-Atlantic presence with the addition of Plantation Lakes Golf Club in Millsboro, Del. and Two Rivers Golf Club in Crofton, Maryland to their management portfolio.
“We are pleased to make these two additions to our management portfolio and I look forward to watching them flourish within the region,” says Bobby Heath, president & c.e.o. for Western Golf Properties. “We are looking forward to overseeing the construction of the golf courses and manage the operations as well as exploring the regions potential even further.”
Western Golf Properties now has sixteen properties in their portfolio with over 35 percent held in the Mid-Atlantic region. Plantation Lakes Golf Club, an 18-hole daily fee course, is being designed by Arthur Hills & Associates and is slated to open in the Spring of 2008. Two Rivers Golf Club will be a private golf community with an opening date in Spring of 2009. Both Golf Clubs will feature Clubhouse amenities including dining, Golf Shop and event and banquet facilities.
Heritage Shores Golf & Country Club located in Bridgeville, Del., Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club and Stonewall Golf Club both located in Gainesville, Virginia and Colonial Heritage Club in Williamsburg, Va. complete the Mid-Atlantic properties currently under management of Western Golf Properties.
