With the coming of the new year, Western Golf Properties is excited to announce their celebration of twenty-five years of golf management, development and consulting service excellence.
Since being founded in 1985 by former PGA President, Joe Black, Western Golf Properties has provided its professional services to over 100 of the top golf facilities nationwide. Over the past two and a half decades, Western Golf Properties has prided itself on developing and managing properties course by course, identifying that each golf course requires its own individuality. Instead of shaping courses to fit a pre-determined mold, they create a custom-tailored business, operations and marketing plan for each selected property, working proactively to provide services that meet their constantly rising standards and their determination to responsibly manage expenses and drive revenues.
