Coraopolis-Pennsylvania based Walker Supply and Turf Trade, based in Mullica Hill, N.J., are in the advanced stages of talks for the purchase by Walker Supply of Turf Trade’s Pennsylvania assets. The sale would expand the existing footprint of Walker Supply to include all of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Northwestern Maryland and Northern and Eastern Ohio.
The sale includes three Turf Trade Pennsylvania locations in Lancaster, East Norriton and Pittston. Turf Trade will continue to service the Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey markets. The deal helps both companies to carry out their long term strategic plans.
