Brady Schultz, an undergraduate student at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Okla., was among 34 students who recently received a 2007 Bayer Undergraduate Scholarship. Schultz received the award to help his pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in horticulture with a turfgrass management option.
Bradley Cheney, an undergraduate at University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Neb., also received an Undergraduate scholarship. Cheney is pursuing his bachelor’s degree in horticulture. Schultz and Cheney were among the latest group of students who were awarded scholarships to help advance their academic efforts in Green Industry studies. The Bayer Undergraduate Scholarship recognizes students pursuing careers in the Green Industry who have demonstrated academic excellence and leadership skills.
