Two Vegas clubs outsource HR

Red Rock Country Club and Siena Golf Club in Las Vegas are enlisting Payroll Solutions Group to manage the majority of the human resources functions for the clubs including employee prescreening and processing, workers’ compensation insurance administration, payroll administration, health insurance and modified business tax reports.

Thom Blinkensop, general manager of both facilities, expects to save save thousands of dollars annually and avoid layoffs. Combined, both clubs have 400 employees.

“Outsourcing with Payroll Solutions will allow us to stay competitive in the current economy while maintaining staff levels,” he says. “That will allow us to continue to provide the level of service for our private club members at Red Rock and the public at Siena.”
