Trump pair crack Top 100

Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J., and Trump International in West Palm Beach, Fla., made their debut in Golf Magazine’s list of Top 100 Courses in the United States

Bedminster, N.J. – Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J., and Trump International in West Palm Beach, Fla., made their debut in Golf Magazine’s list of Top 100 Courses in the United States, with Bedminster also cracking the list of Top 100 Courses in the World.

Only a year old, Trump National, Bedminster, designed by Tom Fazio, is ranked No. 48 in the United States and No. 87 in the world – one of three new courses to be recognized on both lists. Trump International, West Palm Beach, a Jim Fazio design that opened five years ago, is ranked No. 73 on the United States list. The 20th anniversary of the biennial poll appears in the September issue of Golf Magazine.

“It is an honor to have not only one, but both of these tremendous golf courses included in the Golf Magazine rankings,” says Donald Trump, chairman and president of The Trump Organization. “This isn’t a surprise, however, considering the immense talents of Tom and Jim Fazio, and the dedication of the staff at Bedminster and West Palm Beach, who understand our vision of creating the premier venues in the game.”

Trump National, Bedminster (par-72, 7,560 yards), and Trump International, West Palm Beach (par-72, 7,300 yards), are two of the four domestic golf clubs in the Trump portfolio, which includes Trump National Golf Club, Westchester, N.Y., and Trump National Golf Club, Los Angeles.

A course-rating panel that consists of players, administrators, journalists and architects determines the Golf Magazine rankings.
