Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck (N.J.), recently appointed Linda Everk as director of membership and marketing and Grace Muchiri as director of sales and catering. Both directors report to John Roberts, general manager/COO.
Everk is responsible for the external positioning of the club and increasing brand awareness for its amenities and membership services through creative marketing and communications initiatives. She’s also charged with membership recruitment and ensuring an exceptional membership experience. Everk brings more than 20 years of corporate marketing, communications and client acquisition experience to her current role at Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck. She served as vice president of marketing and event operations for eGolfScore, a provider of real-time wireless golf scoring for corporate, celebrity and charity golf events.
Muchiri is responsible for ensuring outstanding catering services for member functions, special events as well as golf tournaments and outings. Overseeing all aspects of external event sales, food service, dining and catering operations, Muchiri is also responsible for maximum customer satisfaction and employee productivity by handling customer inquiries, concerns or comments; acquiring feedback from customers and co-workers; implementing service improvement ideas; and developing new concepts to ensure the highest quality catering services available in the industry. With more than 10 years of experience in the catering and hospitality arena, Muchiri started her career with Hilton, Marble Arc Hotels and Initial Style & Conference Centers.
