The Equipment Dealers Association recently recognized Toro with the Gold Level Award based on responses from the 2017 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey. The annual survey focuses on 12 key categories of dealer operations and support, and compiles responses to provide a rating for participating equipment manufacturers. This is the third consecutive year in which Toro has received the award.
Toro’s ratings were consistently high in every key category, including overall satisfaction, parts availability and warranty. The Gold Level award specifically denotes manufacturers that had exceptionally high dealer ratings in their respective manufacturer classifications.
“It’s truly an honor to be recognized by the EDA in this capacity,” said Scott Wozniak, director of sales at Toro. “We take a great deal of pride in the strong relationships we have with our channel partners, and we will continue to stand behind our dealers with service, support, and products that are second to none.”
EDA manages the survey process on an annual basis and asks equipment dealers to select and rate the manufacturers they represent in each of the 12 key categories using a 1-7 rating scale. The survey was distributed in February 2017, and 2,371 individual dealers participated in the survey. Responses were received from all 50 U.S. states and 10 Canadian provinces. The 58 manufacturers featured in the report received a minimum number of dealer ratings required to be included in the report.
