The Rise, a golf and wine resort in Okanagan, British Columbia, announced that Steven Boyley will be the new general manager of sales and marketing. A successful entrepreneur and international training consultant, Boyley is the founder of the Performance Institute, based in Prince George, which provides communication, management and sales training for Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to directing sales, Boyley will lead the marketing team. With nearly 86 percent of The Rise's first neighborhood now sold, Boyley will largely be responsible for launching new phases of development. Boyley came to Canada from South Africa 32 years ago.
The Rise has sold out its first two neighbourhoods, Clearview and Sagecroft Villas and has some of the best view sites remaining in the exclusive Watermark neighborhood. Details will be released in the New Year on the next real estate offerings. Sagecroft Villas, the first custom-constructed neighbourhood at The Rise, is almost fully built and has proven to be the most popular neighbourhood.
