Louisville, Ky.-based The Brown Cullen Company announced changes in the company designed to support its growth and product line diversification.
Key changes include moving its plant facility and headquarters to a new, more modern location on Mellwood Avenue in Louisville, Ky.
The company also has new investors and management talent with Louisville-based NPS Development. The three partners of NPS will work with Founder Brown Cullen and take an active management role in the company. These new management members of Brown Cullen include Glenn Nord, president and COO, and Julian Pace and Mark Sievers, who both will serve as executive vice presidents of business development. Nord and Pace will be Louisville based and Sievers will be based in Nicholasville, Ky.
Other changes in the pipeline include new product offerings, enhanced Web and e-commerce capabilities and strategic alliances designed to add value to client relationships.
The company, established in 1979, produces cast bronze and other alloy signage accessories and mailboxes for golf courses, residential developments and other venues.
