The Andersons acquires Reed & Perrine Sales

The Andersons announced it has completed the acquisition of the assets and business of Reed & Perrine Sales. The New Jersey-based company specializes in manufacturing and distributing premium turf fertilizers and control products to the commercial lawn and landscape markets.
