Jersey Meadow Golf Course in Jersey Village is being renovated with its first major overhaul since the city took ownership about four years ago. The golf course, built in 1956, has been closed since June 14. Scheduled to be upgraded in the $ 125,000 project are the sand traps, driving range, clubhouse and pro shop. The course is slated to reopen Sept. 1.
