A group of concerned sales representatives and managers in Western Canada spearheaded the creation of a printed resource that golf courses could use to guide their approach to surviving the crisis. Once the grassroots initiative started, other experts at Target Specialty Product became involved, including safety, operations, marketing and business specialists.
