Target Specialty Products features education, virtual chats, product spotlights at GIS 2021

Morning presentations from a trio of industry experts highlight the company’s show offerings.


Pest, turf and ornamental solutions service provider Target Specialty Products will feature its Turf Fuel product line at the virtual Golf Industry Show Tuesday through Thursday and host several events during the week.

The Target Specialty Products booth will have a combination of scheduled events and open time when customers, Target Specialty Products sales professionals and industry partners can interact and receive education about the latest Turf Fuel technology.

“As we have shifted the way we provide value to our customers over the last 11 months, we have also adopted our GIS offering to provide the rich education, technical support and networking that our customers and industry partners expect from Target Specialty Products,” Target Specialty Products president David Helt said.

The anchor event will be a series of presentations at 10 EST each morning. Turf Fuel product development manager Steve Loveday will host “60 Minutes That Will Change the Way You Think About Turf and Soil Health” on Tuesday, Dr. Michelle DaCosta of the University of Massachusetts will speak on “Optimizing Plant Defenses to Enhance Turfgrass Stress Tolerance” on Wednesday, and Dr. Doug Karcher will discuss “The True Value of Soil Surfactants in your Turf Program” on Thursday.

The Target Specialty Products booth will also showcase its products and services, including six Turf Fuel products.  Target Specialty Products experts and the Turf Fuel product development will be present to answer questions and provide support.

Visitors to the Target Specialty Products booth are encouraged to complete a market research survey, with the first 300 qualified participants receiving a $20 Amazon gift card.
