SynaTek appointd Tom Valentine as director, sales and marketing. Though new to the position, Tom is no stranger to SynaTek. For the past nine years he has served as the Golf Sales Representative for the Philadelphia Region.
“As a third generation Valentine in the golf and turf industry, Tom brings a vast knowledge of the market to his new position,” says Ken Clemmer, SynaTek’s president and c.e.o. “Tom has always been a valued and influential employee. I am proud to appoint Tom to his new role at SynaTek.”
Replacing Tom as golf sales representative is Warren Savini. Savini has over 20 years experience as a golf course superintendent in the Philadelphia area serving such courses as Paxon Hollow Country Club, Plymouth Country Club and Rolling Green Golf Club. Most recently, Savini was employed by Shearon Golf Inc. as a senior superintendent.
Savini is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents of America (GCSAA). He is also an active member of the Philadelphia Association of Golf Course Superintendents (PAGCS) where he has served on the Board of Directors for 12 years. He was also the Immediate Past President of the association.
