Precision Laboratories announced the addition of Paul Bially to the position of associate district manager and field application specialist for the turf and horticulture market.

In his new role, Bially will support district manager Nick Everhart with servicing and supporting customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Bially is also responsible for identifying, testing and trialing new products; and expanding Precision’s presence in the horticulture market.
“The addition of Paul to our organization reinforces our commitment to customer service,” explained Don Spier, vice president, turf business development at Precision Laboratories. “With his chemistry background and industry expertise, he can provide quality insight to the product needs of superintendents and growers.”
Bially comes to Precision with firsthand surfactant experience in the areas of product development, research, technical service, quality assurance and sales development. Bially earned a degree in Chemistry from Philadelphia University.
