StrataPoint, the newest partner in The Experience at FarmLinks, is a GPS/GIS company that provides a unique, web-based Software-As A-Service (SAAS) product that will be used and demonstrated on the FarmLinks golf course.
Developed in tandem with professional superintendents, groundskeepers and city foresters, StrataPoint is an automated grounds management system that combines advanced, point-and-click management utilizing GPS imagery to bring accurate and current grounds data straight to your computer. Applications such as StrataPoint’s Point DataMap-Online (PDM-O) provide complete coverage of all green industry management functions and enable users to manage volumes of data – such as grounds assets, irrigation systems, tree inventories, chemical purchases and applications, personnel, maintenance and machinery – and turn it into information to use for decisions.

He added that the course will incorporate StrataPoint into its educational programs to give superintendents real-time information concerning agronomic practices.
