Stone Mountain Golf Club continues annual winter promotion

Stone Mountain Golf Club by Marriott in Georgia will continue its annual “Divots Shirt Giveaway” this year. Golfers playing either course at Stone Mountain and paying the full posted weekday winter rate of $35 Mon.-Thurs. and $40 on Friday will receive a complimentary Divots golf shirt valued at more than $50.  

The promotion begins Nov. 6 and  runs through February 2007, or while supplies last.      

“Our annual Divots winter promotional giveaway has been highly successful because it is not only an unbelievable value, but   comes at a time when people are searching for Christmas gifts for the golfers in their lives,” says golf general manager Steve Hupe.   “Our customers can’t believe we literally give away something priced higher than the actual cost of the round of golf at Stone Mountain.

“We believe this is the best value deal anywhere and it encourages locals to come experience a championship, full-service facility with outstanding customer service and hospitality. We are simply trying to build customer loyalty and drive more value to their round of golf.”
