Bauer Voss Consulting, a Columbus, Ohio-based private club membership consulting firm, has formed a partnership with Front Porch Solutions, a Columbus, Ohio-based technology company that specializes in the development of internet-based solutions, to develop and offer a suite of technology solutions and services that will offer clubs, courses and vendors the tools necessary to sell, track and maintain communications throughout the entire lifecycle of members, players and clients. The solutions and services that comprise the suite, called belongSUITE, are:
-belongMAIL - an e-marketing and communication solution;
-belongSURVEY – a web-based survey solution;
-belongCRM – a sales and relationship management system;
-belongDESIGN - web and collateral design and development services; and
-belongSERVICES - email and web hosting, consulting, development and managed network services.
Over the last six years, Front Porch Solutions and Bauer Voss Consulting have researched the solutions currently available in the marketplace and found a need for solutions that are easy to use, customizable, affordable and seamlessly integrated. The partners not only have the intellectual research and years of sales experience, but have entered into an agreement with Marathon Technology Services, a Cleveland, Ohio-based technology company with the management and capital resources necessary to help take the product to the national marketplace as well as to provide the ongoing training and support services that clients demand.
