Sipcam Agro USA, Inc. announced the appointment of Tim Riley as the national sales manager for the company’s plant protection solutions serving the agriculture and the turf and ornamental industries.
Riley brings a wealth of experience spanning the chemical, biological, seed, equipment, animal health, and financial/risk management markets.
With a strong customer-focused background, Riley has built his career on delivering long- and short-term business strategies that drive sustainable growth. His areas of expertise include executive leadership, business strategy, negotiations, team building, sales management and market development.
Most recently, Riley served as North American strategic account manager for MBFi, where he led sales and marketing strategy for a 20-product portfolio in the biologics market. In that role, he projected an impressive 2,000 percent growth for the 2025 season.
Previously, Riley was director of sales, North America at Certis Biologicals, where he managed a team of key account managers and 14 regional sales representatives. Riley successfully reorganized the sales structure to strengthen strategic partnerships, improve distribution contracting and drive customer-focused solutions through incentive programs.
Sipcam Agro USA has been expanding its portfolio to include biosolutions such as Annuity, Mevalone, and ETQ Flex, with several more in production over the next six months.

Riley earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from the University of Missouri at Columbia and has been the recipient of numerous awards and served on several industry boards.
