The National Golf Foundation (NGF) recently presented the 7th annual Customer Loyalty Awards to managers of public golf facilities that received high approval ratings in 2008. Awards also were given to operators of the "most improved" facilities who conducted customer surveys in 2007 and 2008.
The Customer Loyalty Awards are based on surveys fielded through NGF's Voice of Customer Operating Model. Facilities with the highest customer loyalty scores and most improved facilities, as well as multi-course operators, were recognized.
