The Estero Country Club near Fort Myers, Fla., hired Ragan Technical Solutions to plan, engineer and design a $1.3 million golf course irrigation system – a complete restoration of the existing system.
The redesign of the golf course irrigation system is expected to decrease water consumption, save money, increase aesthetic appeal of the course and create awareness for this particular golf course irrigation design.
“It is the most technically advanced irrigation renovation in the area, and sets a new standard for others to follow,” says Dave Ragan, President and Owner of RTS. “This is the first course in
RTS also oversaw construction, created a GPS map of all of underground components and programmed the PC that controls the whole system. The entire project took up to four months to plan and took Stahlman-England Irrigation four months to install.
