At RedMax's 2005 service school, distributor service managers learned about the company's new 2005 compliant engines and the 2005 product line.

It was a hands-on experience in which attendees examined the GZ30N engine to familiarize themselves with the newest generation of Strato-Charged technology.

At the school, which was conducted at the Komatsu training facility in Cartersville, Ga., distributors also participated in carburetor training, conducted by Wabro Corp., and they all took the EETC two-cycle certification exam.

Distributors all held schools in their territories to train local RedMax dealers on the new 2005 compliant technology. RedMax service manager Malcolm Stieneker says that local schools will be conducted across the country so that every dealer has an opportunity to participate in training.
