Members of the Callaway Gardens maintenance staff check out RedMax equipment during the field day.

Twenty-nine representatives from 19 distributorships attended the meeting. Komatsu Zenoah Japan’s corporate president and five top executives attended, along with the Komatsu Zenoah America management team. They introduced new products and discussed the company’s sales program for the upcoming season.

Distributors had a chance to go over the new sales program in depth and experience new products in action. They also had an opportunity for an equipment demonstration during a field test day.

“These distributor meetings give our front line sales team direct input into the sales program, as well as firsthand knowledge of the products’ abilities,” national sales manager Jim Gabrielson says. “Their feedback is essential to understanding the needs of our end users and to ensure industry growth.”
