Redexim announced the launch of two new machines: Verti-Cut Flex 2000 and Turf-Tidy 1100.
Verti-Cut Flex 2000 offers consistent cutting quality over and around uneven surfaces, reducing the risk of scalping. Multiple points of flexibility and floating wings allow for easy undulation following. The machine can also pivot around curves and bends thanks to Passive Pivoting Suspension.
Requiring a minimum of 30 horsepower, Verti-Cut Flex 2000 has a working width of 79 inches and a maximum working depth of 1.6 inches. A belt-driven system ensures simple operation, and a single grease point makes maintenance straightforward. The rear debris guards are easily removed for cleaning, while the floating wings can be folded up for compact storage.
“We are excited to be bringing the Verti-Cut Flex 2000 to market,” global commercial director Curtis Allen said. “After many years of customer feedback and development, we are confident that this machine will offer customers the solution they have been looking for in a compact yet capable unit with the ability to handle a range of surface types. The Verti-Cut Flex 2000 will play an important part in improving playing surfaces across the globe, whatever the species of grass or climatic challenge.
The Turf-Tidy 1100 is a tractor-mounted, close-coupled cut and collect unit that sweeps, dethatches, flail mows and scarifies. The design makes it easy to pick up, take tight turns, lower it and get to work. The clamshell hopper is a low-dump design. The machine features a hopper capacity of 290 gallons and a working width of 59 inches.
