Quali-Pro offering new insecticide

Quali-Pro is introducing CONTRADO SC Turf Insecticide, designed to deliver strong and long-lasting control of damaging turf insects with a single application.

Formulated with 18.4 percent Chlorantraniliprole, CONTRADO SC provides both systemic and foliar activity, targeting key pests like billbugs, white grubs and turf caterpillars, among others. Its suppressive activity can extend the window of control for annual bluegrass weevils when following an early spring application of Suprado. As a non-neonicotinoid insecticide, it offers an ideal tool for resistance management and rotational strategies.

One application delivers season-long control of grubs and it’s ideal for both IPM and rotation programs.

Use sites include golf courses, turfgrass, recreational turf, landscapes, lawns, interior plantscapes, commercial ornamental plant nurseries, greenhouses and sod farms.
