ProLink Solutions’ ProLink Touch GPS system has been named a finalist for "Most Innovative New Technology/Platform" at MediaPost's 2009 Digital Out-of-Home Media Awards.
ProLink Touch was named a finalist along with Wal-Mart and the Big Ten Network. The winner will be named at an awards presentation on April 22 in New York, following the Digital Out-of-Home Media Forum & Expo.
"ProLink Touch is the golf industry's most advanced advertising tool, and next great DOOH channel," says Lawrence D. Bain, CEO of ProLink Solutions. "In developing the infrastructure and interface for ProLink Touch, we used suggestions from our advertising clients and industry experts. The result is the most advanced GPS course and management system on the market, delighting golfers and managers with sharp graphics, new features and ease of operation."
"The introduction of Touch to the market will forever change the way advertisers interact with the hyper-affluent and highly-captive golfing demographic," says Andy Batkin, CEO of ProLink's Media division. "The digital out-of-home sector is the second fastest-growing segment next to Internet ad spending and ProLink is uniquely positioned to offer integrated marketing solutions that will provide measurable results for our ad partners."
