ProLink hires v.p. and general counsel

Anthony Vitagliano's background includes experience in government, corporate and commercial law.

ProLink, a provider of GPS golf management systems, hired Anthony Vitagliano as senior vice president and general counsel. ProLink is based in Chandler, Ariz.
 
Vitagliano previously served as a section chief counsel for the Arizona attorney general's office. His background includes experience in corporate and commercial law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, international transactions, human resources, intellectual property, technology matters, SEC and general corporate governance.
