NGP Realty Sub, American Golf Corporation and Premier Golf Management entered into an agreement whereby Premier Golf will purchase substantially all of National Golf’s and American Golf’s golf properties in Texas. The transaction is expected to close prior to the end of 2004.
The Texas portfolio includes 21 properties in the largest cities in Texas. The portfolio includes The Club at Sonterra, Pecan Valley Golf Course, Sweetwater Country Club, Ridgeview Ranch Golf Course and Eldorado Country Club.
