Poulenger USA has completed the asset purchase of Lapaco Manufacturing. Plans call for the consolidation of all manufacturing and administration operations.
Poulenger USA will relocate both the Egan, La., and the Lakeland, Fla., operations to new facilities in New Orleans, La.
The acquisition increases the production capabilities of its salt management products for both the agricultural and professional turf markets. Additionally it provides for an increased presents in salt-water spill reclamation resulting from oil and natural gas production.
The company will also have a name change effective January 1, 2006 from PPoulenger USA to NaEx Corp.
