Phoenix Environmental Care hires director

Valdosta, Ga. – Rick Grant has been named director of business development for Phoenix Environmental Care.

“Rick has worked in sales, sales management and market development in the turf and ornamental industry for 16 years,” says Owen Towne, Phoenix Environmental Care president. “His understanding of the turf industry and his strong connections to both the distribution channels and the end-users of our products make Rick well-suited for this key position.”

Before joining Phoenix Environmental Care, Grant was with Griffin LLC, where he was involved with sales and market development for the northeastern United States. Grant was also a regional manager for Terra Professional Products and a turf and ornamentals sales representative for Ciba-Geigy.

Phoenix Environmental Care specializes in turf, nursery, ornamental and aquatic products, marketing a variety of materials to meet the needs of the green and aquatic industries through unique, quality formulations.
