Market Intellect will donate 7.5 percent of green industry research revenue to Project EverGreen, according to Dr. Gene Brown, c.e.o. of Market Intellect.

The purpose of Project EverGreen is to use the resources and influence of a national green industry alliance to create a national marketing campaign to consumers throughout the United States. The efforts promote healthy landscapes and green spaces using public relations, public affairs and other tactics to tell the positive story of the environmental, economic and lifestyle values of well-maintained green spaces, including lawns and landscapes, sports turf, golf courses, trees, etc.

Market Intellect regularly conducts research in the green industry.  Their strategic research services include the identification of brand awareness, brand equity, buyer segmentation, customer satisfaction and buyer motivation to purchase.  Their strategic services identify methods of increasing customer acquisition, retention and add-on selling.

Market Intellect has provided more than $50,000 of in-kind research to Project EverGreen in addition to on-going research services.

"We believe the efforts of Project EverGreen are absolutely essential to the health and future of the green industry," Brown says. "Consequently, we want to do all we can do to ensure that Project EverGreen prospers."
