Pebble Beach Resorts in Pebble Beach, Calif., which includes top-rated Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course, announced it has signed a new national agreement with turf equipment manufacturer Jacobsen, a Textron company. The famous Pebble Beach Resorts extended its relationship with Jacobsen as the official supplier of turf care maintenance equipment to the golf course complex for the next five years.
“Jacobsen provides the finest equipment in the industry to take the very best care of the turf on each of our golf courses,” says R. J. Harper, senior vice president of golf properties for Pebble Beach Resorts. “We’ve enjoyed a decade-long relationship with Jacobsen as our official turf maintenance equipment supplier and as a result of this agreement, we will continue to have the finest equipment available on the courses of golf's most prestigious tournaments.”
Jacobsen, based in Charlotte, N.C., has been manufacturing turf equipment for 175 years. Its mowers, aerators, utility vehicles and other turf equipment helps world-class golf courses like Pebble Beach Golf Links maintain its famed landscapes.
