PBI-Gordon announced that Jeff Marvin, Ph.D., has been promoted to vice president of research and development.
Marvin joined PBI-Gordon in 2011 as the director of field research. His expertise in budgeting, agriculture, research, collaborative management, and product development has helped the company grow and attract talent. He holds a bachelor’s degree in turfgrass science from Penn State University and a Ph.D. in plant and environmental science from Clemson University.
“Jeff is highly respected throughout the professional turf and ornamental management industry, and we are fortunate to have him as part of the PBI-Gordon family of employee-owners,” said Neil Cleveland, senior vice president and general manager. “Jeff’s leadership, expertise, and insights have helped us grow and prosper.
