Steve Klyn was recently appointed to the position of Paladin vice president and chief financial officer, while Mike Flannery joined Paladin's light construction division as vice president and general manager.
Klyn previously served as vice president of finance at Whirlpool Corporation where he directed their financial functions related to market operations including brand, product and channels. He was also responsible for Whirlpool’s financial operations for supply chain, services and the Canadian business unit. He has held positions with increasing responsibility at Maytag Corporation serving as senior auditor, director of financial reporting and most recently as vice president and treasurer.
Steve is a graduate of the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa where he earned a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Paladin also recently appointed Mike Flannery as vice president and general manager of its light construction division. Flannery replaces Marty Sullivan, who recently retired. Paladin Light Construction is headquartered in Dexter, Michigan, and produces construction attachment products at several manufacturing facilities in the midwest under the brand names of Bradco, FFC, Harley, The Major, McMillen and Sweepster.
Flannery previously served more than 17 years total with Senco Products, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio, during which time he assumed leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including director of product management, vice president of US operations, as well as senior vice president and president roles at Senco USA. He has also previously served as chief operating officer for Duo-Fast Corporation in Huntley, Ill., and has held both president & c.e.o. positions with Trimas Corporation in Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
Mike has a BA degree in Business Administration from Thomas More College in Fort Mitchell, Ky.
