David Feist joined Nufarm Americas, as a U.S. product manager. A 20-year agriculture industry veteran and biologist, he has served in several marketing, sales and technical positions. He will be based in Ft. Collins, Colo.
Feist joins Nufarm after working at Bayer CropScience for the last 10 years. He spent his first three years working in technical service before being promoted to marketing where Feist managed the strategic direction and profitability for a portfolio of cereal herbicides. Most recently, he was responsible for planning, communications, sales and defining the company’s future direction in corn and soybeans.
Prior to Bayer CropScience, Feist worked at American Home Products and its predecessors for 10 years. His responsibilities included positions in technical service, sales and marketing in the Midwest.
Feist earned a Masters of Science degree in Agronomy agriculture from North Dakota State University. He also becomes the third U.S. product manager for Nufarm Americas, joining Tim Birkel and Tom Kroll.
