ProLink Solutions, a subsidiary of ProLink Holdings Corp., announced the University of Notre Dame’s Warren Course and on-campus golf course (South Bend, Ind.) now feature the ProLink Solutions GPS system used at many of the world’s most famous golf courses and plan to participate in ProLink’s national advertising opportunity.
Notre Dame’s Warren Golf Course opened in 1999. Designed by the Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore, the course will also feature ProLink GPS on its carts. The course plays 5,825 yards.
“ProLink GPS is an amenity to help golfers negotiate the Warren Course,” says John Foster, General Manager at the Warren Course. “We’ll also rely on the system to keep a brisk pace of play and monitor cart fleets on both courses.”
“Notre Dame’s Warren Course is considered a modern classic while its on-campus course provides golf experience for students and faculty,” says Lawrence D. Bain, CEO of ProLink Solutions.
With ProLink’s patented, 10.4-inch high-resolution color screen, both courses’ cart-mounted units display distances to the pin and hazards, pro tips, pace-of-play timer and radial arc for cart-path-only holes. Golfers at Notre Dame’s golf courses will also be able to order food and beverage items with a touch of a button on the ProLink screen.
