Don Carpenter, general manager of Pine Hill Golf Club in New Jersey, named Steven George as director of food and beverage and Gary Crescenzo as new outside sales manager.
Crescenzo, who comes to Pine Hill with a wealth of golf course related experience, will oversee all outside membership sales efforts for Pine Hill, concentrating on the greater Philadelphia region. He has played a key role in the local and regional golf course landscape holding such positions as membership director at Ashbourne Country Club in Cheltenham, Pa., general manager at Hanover Golf Club in Hanover, N.J. and director of golf at Cedarbrook Hill Country Club in Wyncote, Pa.
George joins the Pine Hill team from P.F. Chang's China Bistro, where he held operating partner and general manager titles from 2005 to 2007. He oversaw all food and beverage operations and all opening aspects of the new P.F. Chang's in Princeton, N.J. George also brings extensive experience from Mainstreet Restaurant Group (The Bamboo Club) and Starbucks.
