Real Estate Offerings
Montesoro is offering custom quality homes with starting prices ranging from $550,000 to more than $1,100,000 and will include 800 new homes, ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to 4,300 square feet, and two-acre custom homesites. Residents will purchase a private social membership for $20,000, which includes access to the Activities Center and a 30,000 square foot clubhouse and concierge. Owners will also have the option of buying a golf membership for $40,000 that offers access to the signature Tom Fazio-designed golf course and Golf Learning Center.
In addition to the homes, Montesoro will include the Corazon, a village-like center that offers gourmet groceries and other essential items, a boutique hotel, a 30,000 square foot members’ clubhouse, Activities Center, a Performance Training Facility, Ayurvedic Spa and Wellness Center, and three restaurants.

Golf memberships are open exclusively to Montesoro residents and can be purchased for $40,000. A second signature golf course is planned for Montesoro in 2009.
Activities Center
The 15,000 square foot Activities Center will be home to Montesoro’s state-of-the-art fitness center, swim and tennis facilities, including family and lap pools, eight tennis courts and a volleyball court. Outfitter’s Post
Adjacent to the Activities Center, the Outfitter’s Post will be available to Montesoro residents and visitors. Ayurvedic Spa and Wellness Center
Scheduled to open in summer 2007, the Ayurvedic Spa and Wellness Center will serve as a serene oasis for Montesoro members and guests of the hotel. An east-meets-west approach to health and wellness will be woven into each of the spa’s treatments. Treatments using products indigenous to the desert will include massage, hydrotherapy, healing arts, body and facial treatments and full salon services. A meditation garden will be the perfect place to decompress, reenergize and regain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Performance Training Facility
The Performance Training Facility is for those residents and visitors seeking to enhance their physical capabilities. Professionally certified strength trainers, sports therapists and physiologists will be on hand to coach members to their personal fitness goals in a focused training environment. Training assessments, body alignment programs, flexibility and strength training, and range-of-motion advancements will be incorporated into custom-designed programs for each member.
Hacienda
An eight-to-twelve room hospitality lodge is being designed for residential prospects and members’ guests. The lodge will enable guests and future residents to experience Montesoro.
Camp Cahuilla
A dedicated clubhouse for children featuring games, crafts and organized activities is planned for Montesoro. Camp Cahuilla will include events and excursions designed for kids of all ages.
Boutique Hotel
Plans are underway for a 75-room villa-style hotel within the Montesoro community. The hotel will feature lush gardens, relaxing meditation areas, and sparkling swimming pools. Hotel construction is expected to commence in mid-2007.
Corazon
Just a few steps from Montesoro’s boutique hotel, members and visitors to the community will find the Corazon, Montesoro’s village-like center. The Corazon will offer premium gourmet groceries and a variety of newspapers and tasty gelato, providing all of the essentials needed for the most enjoyable stay. The Corazon will also house the Montesoro Sales Center.
