Mirimichi Green has accomplished many renovations and improvements in the golf course industry throughout the United States. Now, Mirimichi Green products are being used on an international level at Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore.
The Serapong Course was designed by world-renowned golf course designer Ronald Fream. Opened in 1982, the par-72 course hosts the Barclays Singapore Open.
After applying Mirimichi Green products in troubled areas on greens and fairways, Sentosa Golf Club made the decision to incorporate CarbonizPN Soil Enhancer and Release 9-0-1 C into its golf course maintenance program. Mirimichi Green’s golf consultant Shannon Easter helped Sentosa Golf Club develop a sustainable program for its current courses and upcoming 2017 developments. Becoming an international brand is Mirimichi Green’s next step to helping more industries keep sustainability as a priority.
“We are very happy with the results,” Sentosa Golf Club superintendent Rodney Mckeown said. “No disease pressure and nematodes are a thing of the past. All I can say is wow.”
