OB Sports Golf Management recently appointed Roger Masterson as the director of golf at Hunter’s Creek Golf Club in Orlando, Fla. In his new role, Masterson will direct all aspects of the facility operations including golf operations, food and beverage, agronomy, sales and marketing and instructional programming.
“We are very pleased to appoint Roger into this primary leadership position at Hunter’s Creek,” states Phil Green, president of OB Sports Golf Management. “Since OB Sport’s arrival in mid-2008, we have made great strides at enhancing the course conditions, providing value for area golfers and creating an enhanced experience for our golfing guests. Roger’s appointment at the helm of the operation will aid our efforts and continue our commitment to these endeavors.”
Prior to his appointment as the director of golf, Masterson served as the head golf professional for Hunter’s Creek Golf Club. Masterson holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Florida State University and has been a Class-A member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America since 2003.
