LidoChem's Performance Nutrition Division expanded into the Southeast regional turf and ornamentals markets with its line of agricultural, turf and ornamental fertility and disease control products. To support this new stage of growth, LidoChem has announced the addition of Glen Thompson as South East Regional Sales Manager for the turf and ornamental markets.
Thompson will be responsible for managing the sales of Performance Nutrition's products for golf courses and sports turf management, and expanding the company's network of local dealers throughout the southeast.
Thompson is a graduate of the Lake City Turf Management Program after which he served as an assistant superintendent at various golf courses in the Carolinas. He then spent several years selling fertilizer products for dealers in the Florida markets. Most recently he owned and operated a local fertilizer distribution company.
