La Jolla Development Group has acquired StoneRidge Country Club, a full-service private country club located in Poway, Calif. This is the second such acquisition for La Jolla Development Group this year.
In addition to beautiful surroundings, StoneRidge offers its members a Ted Robinson-designed 18-hole, 6,500-yard golf course with tree-lined fairways, outstanding greens, varied elevations and a full practice facility. The property encompasses 24,000 square feet with a clubhouse, fully stocked pro shop, dining rooms, and banquet areas for special events. In addition there are nine tennis courts, a 25-meter swimming pool, wading pool and Jacuzzi.
