KIOTI Tractor recently announced leadership changes, welcoming Don Lowe North American sales VP and promoting Tim Phillips to sales operations VP.

The company also launched Flow+ technology, an advancement in hydraulic performance for its compact construction equipment lineup.

Lowe has more than 30 years of experience in sales, dealer development and strategic growth within the agricultural and compact construction equipment industries. Phillips, meanwhile, is a 20-plus-year KIOTI employee.

“We are excited to welcome Don to the KIOTI team and recognize Tim’s well-deserved promotion,” KIOTI COO and EVP Ryan Kim said. “Don brings fresh ideas and a strategic mindset that will help drive dealer expansion and market growth, while Tim’s deep expertise and long-standing commitment to the brand will ensure operational excellence and continued support for our dealers and customers. Together, their leadership will be instrumental as we strengthen our presence across North America.”

In his new position, Lowe will oversee the KIOTI market expansion strategy, working closely with the sales team to drive growth, improve customer engagement and strengthen the brand’s position as a market leader. Prior to joining KIOTI, he held various leadership roles at Kubota Tractor Corporation, where he managed national sales teams, dealer programs and strategic initiatives that increased market share and customer reach.

Phillips joined KIOTI in 2003 and has held several key positions including territory manager, eastern regional manager and, most recently, national sales manager. He successfully led the launch of new product segments, including zero-turn mowers in 2019 and compact construction equipment in 2023. He also spearheaded the implementation of KIOTI’s sales and operations planning process and played a leading role in expanding the dealer network. Phillips will oversee sales operations, market intelligence, marketing and inside sales, driving continued growth and operational excellence across North America.

KIOTI introduces Flow+ system for compact loaders

In related news, KIOTI, recently introduced Flow+ Compact Track Loaders (TL750) and Skid Steer Loaders (SL750), designed to enhance hydraulic capabilities for operators who need more power than standard flow.

“We’re committed to developing solutions that maximize the performance of our equipment,” said Justin Moe, product manager of compact construction. “Flow+ bridges the gap between standard and high-flow systems, providing operators with the hydraulic power needed to handle more demanding tasks, while improving engine functionality, fuel savings, and overall versatility.”

Designed for light- to medium-duty hydraulic attachments, Flow+ allows operators to seamlessly run attachments — like rotary cutters, trenchers and snow blowers — while still supporting standard-flow attachments for everyday tasks.

Flow+ reduces heat and wear compared to high-flow alternatives and enhances productivity thanks to quick attachment changes, minimizing job downtime. It’s also designed to conserve fuel thanks to its hydraulic power management.

New Flow+ models offer an upgrade in hydraulic performance compared to standard models: While the standard models operate at 3,335 psi (230 bar) with a hydraulic flow of 21.9 gpm (82.90 lpm) and 41.80 hp (31.10 kW), the Flow+ models operate at a lower pressure of 2,900 psi (200 bar) but provide a higher hydraulic flow of 34.0 gpm (128.80 lpm) and 65.70 hp (46 kW).
